Red School Cafe

About us

Built in 1889, this remodeled schoolhouse brings back many memories. Formally known as Pikeville School, it was remodeled back in 1983 when it was moved about 100 feet northwest from its original location. The School closed in 1962, in 1963 the district was consolidated into Bristol Unified District. Then in May of 1970 the school was transformed into a restaurant.

We've been serving the Bristol, WI community as a Restaurant for 52 years this May! We take pride in our homecooked meals & chalkboard menu specials. We like simple homemade comfort food, even our bread is made homemade! Our staff are top notch and you'll feel at home from the second you step inside!

The new menu is printed on chalkboard paper and the chalkboard décor is used to advertise our specials! Step back into time when you come visit Red School Café.
